All Right, All Night – Become a Trainer, Help Change the Culture

Drogheda’s Purple Flag group and Louth County Council’s Night-Time Economy Adviser for Drogheda are supporting the All Right, All Night campaign’s Train the Trainer programme for the region. We’re seeking expressions of interest from partners to take part in free Train the Trainer sessions for this bystander intervention programme, which gives young people (16–24) the confidence and skills to look out for each other and challenge harmful behaviour on nights out.

Young people regularly witness or experience harm when socialising—but many want the tools to step in safely. All Right, All Night helps them recognise unacceptable behaviour, understand their role as active bystanders, and take action when it’s safe to do so. This is about shifting cultural norms and setting a higher standard for what’s acceptable in social spaces.

By becoming a trainer, you’ll help equip young people with these essential skills and play a part in changing the culture around nights out. We welcome expressions of interest from anyone working with young people or young staff, including community leaders and professionals.

To get involved, email mark.davies@louthcoco.ie by April 17th. Future training will then be arranged based on numbers.
