Brigid 1500 Retail Window Decoration Scheme

Louth County Council’s Economic Development Section launched the above scheme on Thursday 19th October,2023 and an advertisement appeared in local press.

The purpose of this scheme is to encourage retail and commercial business’ in County Louth to dress their premises’ window as part of the commemoration of ‘Brigid 1500’. This will be a one-time opportunity in celebration of the life and legacy of St. Brigid / Brigid the Goddess on her 1500th anniversary.

The scheme opened to applications on Wednesday 25th October, 2023, and the scheme will close at 12 noon on Friday 26th January, 2024.
