CRiTiCALL is a partnership between Louth Volunteer Centre, Safe Ireland (Drogheda Women’s and Children’s Refuge and Women’s Aid Dundalk) and local Scouting Ireland troops. It is a response to the surge in domestic violence due to COVID19 and provides targeted supports to services dealing with domestic abuse.
After the success of our last CRiTiCALL donation drive two weeks ago we are coordinating another collection on behalf of Drogheda Women’s and Children’s Refuge on Saturday 8th August. Volunteers must register in advance and select a designated time to drop off pre-arranged items. Businesses got involved in a variety of ways during our last collection and we would be happy to have a chat with anyone interested. People can register their interest at this link. Businesses should register as a Group.
