THE inaugural ‘Secret to Success’ panel discussion was launched as part of Enterprise Week at Scholars Hotel, in association with the Local Enterprise Office Louth team.
The new style interview series saw Naomi Tully of Hubert Tully’s, Sam Mulroy of Sam Mulroy Fitness and Daithi McGahon of the Coffee Box take part under the guidance of host, Padraic Kierans.
The trio spoke about the challenges and opportunities they have faced in building their brands but are looking to a bright future.
Collaboration, peer mentoring, networking, HR, upskilling and finance were all mentioned as key factors in the modern business era.
“The ‘Secret to Success’ is a brand we have created in tandem with LEO and we intend hosting it again later in the year to profile the many wonderful businesses and people out there,” chamber CEO, Hubert Murphy, stated.
