Tell us about your business and what you do?
Manor Interiors is a specialist window furnishings business, providing made-to-measure blinds, curtains and shutters to homes and businesses across the region. We focus on quality products, expert advice and a personal, end-to-end service — from consultation and design through to fitting. Our goal is to help customers find solutions that look great, work beautifully and stand the test of time.
What do you think has been your biggest achievement with the business?
Our biggest achievement has been building a strong reputation based on trust, repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals. Seeing customers return to us for additional rooms or recommend us to friends and family is something we’re incredibly proud of, and it reflects the care we put into every project.
Tell us one thing people might not know about the business?
Many people don’t realise just how much of a difference professional measuring, advice and fitting makes. Window furnishings aren’t one-size-fits-all — small details can have a huge impact on light control, insulation and overall finish, which is why we place such a strong emphasis on expertise and attention to detail.
What is the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?
Focus on doing the basics exceptionally well and look after your customers — everything else follows. Consistency, honesty and quality might take longer to build, but they create a business that lasts.
