Q. Tell us about your business and what you do.
My name is Adam Bosiuk, and I run Manor Interiors, a specialist of window coverings company based in Ireland. We are manufacturing roller blinds, day&night roller blinds and lantern pleated blinds in our factory located in Gormanston Co.Meath
We supply and fit custom-made blinds, curtains, shutters, roof lantern blinds, skylight blinds, motorised blinds and electric curtain tracks for homes and businesses. Everything is made to measure, and we offer a professional service from the first consultation and measuring appointment right through to installation.
We work with customers across Drogheda, Louth, Meath, Dublin and surrounding areas, helping them choose the right window solutions for privacy, light control, insulation and design. We also specialise in motorised and smart home shading systems, including premium blackout solutions for roof lanterns and large windows.

Q. What do you think has been your biggest achievement with the business?
Our biggest achievement has been building a business that customers can trust, from a simple roller blind to a fully motorised project.
We are proud to have developed our own manufacturing and fitting service, which allows us to offer custom-made products, professional advice and high-quality installation. A big milestone for us has been working on more advanced projects, such as motorised roof lantern blinds, blackout systems and smart blinds, while still keeping the personal service of a local business.
For us, the best achievement is when customers recommend us to family, friends or neighbours. That tells us we are doing the job properly.

Q. Tell us one thing people might not know about the business.
One thing people might not know is that we do much more than standard window blinds.
We can help with motorised blinds, blackout pleated blinds, roof lantern blinds, skylight blinds, electric curtain tracks, plantation shutters and insect screen solutions. Many of our products can be controlled by remote, wall switch or smart home systems.
We also offer a free, no-obligation home visit, so customers do not need to visit a showroom. We bring advice, samples and experience directly to their home.

Q. What is the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?
The best business advice I’ve ever been given is: “Do the job as if it was for your own home.”
That is something we always try to follow. Good products are important, but service, communication and attention to detail are just as important. When you take care of every customer properly, the business grows naturally through trust and recommendations.
