Where did the idea come from?
Well, I always wanted to be my own boss, but I was too afraid to start a business. One of my best friends who is a sales manager for a cleaning company suggested to me that I become a carpet cleaner. So I made up my mind having spent over a decade in the hospitality industry to resign at the end of 2013. My working hours have changed to Monday-Friday “office hours” glad to be finished with weekend and evening work.
