Who are PTO?

Who are we -

PTO.ie is a retail focused consultancy. I work with CEO's - to grow their business. Focus is on growth strategy, tactical trading and leadership development.

How has the business had a positive impact on Drogheda and District?

New to Drogheda - and have already been privileged to support and help the Drogheda Christmas Festival Team move from idea stage to reality and sign off by Louth County Council.  More recently - was also happy to talk all things Peak Trading for local retailers, on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce

What do you think has been your biggest achievement with the business?

We are busy - And that is testament to our very happy clients and great track record of results.  Previous results include introducing new process for a business that yielded six figures within days/ Helping clients increase sales and scale / helping SME clients secure funding.

What is the best piece of business advice you’ve ever been given?

Best piece of advice - ''Always put a current in the other mans bun''  - If you need something from someone - you need to think about what’s in it for them.  Same advice applies across retail - If you think from your customers perspective as much as possible (rather than your own) - you will be much more successful in business.
