As of December 16th, 2022, the EU Directive on Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions was transposed into legislation amending several pieces of domestic employment legislation and introducing new legal obligations for Employers with the aim of providing Employees with more predictability and clarity in relation to their working conditions.
