Judging Criteria 2019

 

A group of independent judges co-ordinated by Geraldine King, CEO of the National Recruitment Federation.

 

The independent judging panel will assess each entry under 6 key criteria areas:-

Your employees are a key part of delivering excellence – how do they develop their skills? How does their knowledge and passion for excellence contribute to your business? Give examples to showcase what your employees say and why they work for your company (Adhere to word count).

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

How do you go about delivering excellence? What do your customers say? Include testimonials if applicable to support your submission (adhere to the word count).

 

IMPACT ON DROGHEDA

What difference does your business make to life in Drogheda? Give examples and testimonials if any. (adhere to word count)

The process of applying for an award can be a challenging one, forcing you to think through issues that you might sometimes side-line. Finalist will be notified by the Drogheda Chamber Team and given a date and time for interview. Interviews will take place in the City North Hotel and will last between 20 & 30 minutes.

 

Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony in the City North Hotel on Saturday, 23rd, November 2019.
