- Application to be concise and precise – no padding
- Sustainability and outreach in your business
- If entering more than one category don’t copy and paste the same answers for the questions as answers for best family business will be different for best retailer.
- Tell your story the difference your business makes
- How you treat your staff – motivation to get the best from them
- Difference your business makes to the community - inclusion and diversity
- Get your points across in your answers
- Keep it original and personal
- Include testimonials (ask permission before including them)
- Adhere to word count
- Applications to be summited through online portal only
- Use links in answers if necessary but not too many i.e to pacific page on your website!
